Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of TradeFlow, operated by Xyzolutions (Curtis Xavier Young) at tradeflownet.com.

1. Acceptance

By using TradeFlow you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the platform.

2. Service

TradeFlow connects homeowners seeking trade services with licensed contractors in the Washington DC metro area (DMV). We source leads from public records, 311 systems, and community platforms. We are a lead generation intermediary, not a contractor.

3. Buyer Accounts

To receive leads you must: create a verified account with valid payment, be a licensed trade professional in the DMV, and agree to these Terms. Accounts are approved upon successful payment verification.

4. Payment & Lead Delivery

Buyers are charged automatically on delivery. Pricing: Cold $25, Warm $40, Hot $65, Portal premium +$15. Volume buyers (20+/mo) receive a $5/lead discount, reset monthly. By creating an account you authorize TradeFlow to charge your payment method per lead delivered.

5. Lead Exclusivity

Each lead is exclusive to one buyer for 48 hours from delivery. After 48 hours the lead may be recycled. The original buyer receives store credit on recycled leads, not a cash refund.

6. Bundle Subscriptions

Bundle subscriptions are month-to-month with immediate cancellation. Upon cancellation, bundle records become inaccessible immediately. No pro-rated refunds on bundle subscriptions.

7. TCPA Compliance

By providing contact information, users consent to receive service-related communications. TradeFlow complies with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) 2025 updates including one-to-one consent requirements. Consent is logged with timestamp. Opt-out requests honored within 10 business days.

8. Disputes & Refunds

See our Refund Policy. Disputes must be submitted within 48 hours. Approved refunds issued as store credit.

9. Data Retention

Lead data retained 90 days then flagged. Buyer account data retained for account duration. Transaction records retained 7 years for tax compliance.
